Dear Rural landowners, government types, planners, interested parties and the news media:

The enemy of free American citizens and rural landowners is sitting right at your front door and you, me and thee, get to pay for it.  The Guest Editorial about Washington going the route of Oregon's Ballot Measure 37 in the Sunday Seattle Times was written by Joseph W. Tovar.  (see below) He is one of those enemies I am talking about, who are paid by our government from our tax dollars to plan our lives down to the nth degree.  That's all they know is planning and if they can't plan, they would have nothing to do, which would be a very good thing.  I for one am sick to death of these over paid, educated idiots planning my life.  Hopefully, you are too.

Mr. Tovar earned his Master of Urban Planning degree with a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Washington in 1974. He holds a BS in Environmental Planning and Management from the University of California, is a graduate of the Rocky Mountain Program at the University of Colorado, and was elected to the College of Fellows of the American Institute of Certified Planners in 2004. A planning practitioner for over 28 years, he served on the State of Washington Growth Management Hearings Board from 1992 to 2004, as planning director for the City of Kirkland from 1981 to 1992. He has spoken frequently on the subjects of comprehensive planning and growth management at seminars and conferences in the U.S. and Canada.

I did a little research on Mr. Tovar (see above) and this is what I found at the University of Washington, which as you all know, is subsidized by our taxes.  So the first website you need to take a look at is this one: https://depts.washington.edu/nwclc/about.html#contact and the second site you need to look at is this one: https://www.caup.washington.edu/udp/index.html.

You need to contact the following people and give them a piece of your American mind to let them know that what they are doing is un-American and unconstitutional.

Contact The U. of W. Department of Urban Design and Planning.

Call them, or send them a letter, or send them an e-mail.  Send them your thoughts and don't hold anything back.  They need to hear from you.

There is another government entity that we wrote to you about before and provided over 80 e-mail addresses of their managers and employees.  That is the Puget Sound Regional Council (PSRC) that Preston Drew and I spent over six hours at one of their meetings a little over a week ago.  This group is also planning your life as well and they are just as much of an enemy of free Americans as any foreign group that would do us bodily harm or fly an airplane into one of our buildings they want us all to live in.  They believe you belong in big cities, with huge tall buildings, where you live in 800 sq. ft. apartments and drive your bicycle to work.  They want you out of your cars.  They want you walking to shopping and the doctor and the office.  They have the audacity to say that people in suburban and rural areas who drive their cars are un healthy and getting sick.  They believe and are planning to make permanent, that your rural land remains rural in perpetuity, forever.  (Yea, I know, that's redundant)

But here are some facts for you.  If the 280,000,000 people of the United States lived on one acre, with a husband, wife and two kids (a typical family of four) we would only use up 3% of the land mass of America.  Just 3%!!!  So why in the Hell do they want to chase us off of our land into big cities?  Why, because they believe that animals, plants and trees have a greater priority to live than you do.  They believe that environmental law trumps constitutional law.  They believe you are too dumb to make your own decisions about where, what, why and how you want to live your lives.

That folks is not America, it is Socialism or Communism, or worse.  It is not capitalism, it is Karl Marxism.  It is not free markets, it is government-controlled markets.  It's not freedom, it's enslavement and you are the slaves.

But then they won't know how you feel about their plans unless you tell them.  So tell them and tell them in spades.

THE CRESCENDO IS RISING folks so be part of that CRESCENDO.  Do something, even if it is wrong.

Take care,
